Ongoing Shows and Appearances:
Lauren plays Neb, a young woman trying to discover direction and purpose, in this actual play 5e campaign from the mind of Deborah Ann Woll (True Blood, Daredevil, Relics and Reliquaries) featuring Hope LaVelle, Alicia Marie, Adam Bradford, Lauren Urban, and Jennifer Kretchmer. New episodes air live on the Demiplane Twitch Channel, updated information can be found on the Children of Éarte Landing Page, and previous episodes are on the Demiplane YouTube!
Lauren is the Dungeon Master for this long running bi-weekly podcast, which began in October of 2015. Our podcast features five friends who get together to talk about their drinks and play Dungeons & Dragons! Recently Campaign 2 began, a 5e Spelljammer adventure beginning on the Radiant Citadel!
Lauren has been playing the dragonborn cleric Orkira Illdrex in several series as well as guest spots on other shows over several years. Orkira also appears as a playable Champion in Idle Champions of the Forgotten Realms.
Here’s her (mostly) chronological list of show appearances:
Orkira began as a main character over several shows with the same group of players: starting with Heroes of the Vale, then Beyond Heroes, and then Silver and Steel.
During her time on the previous shows, she appeared as a guest star on D4 for Episode 30 and Episode 48. Then she joined the cast as a long term guest for year, starting on Episode 92.
Orkira reunited with some of her friends for Heroes of the Planes which was a campaign that canonically took place a year after her long term guest spot on D4 finished.
She joined the team on the short series Idle Champions Presents: Court of the Raven Queen, then the one shot Idle Champions Presents Vecna Lives, where she and other Champions from a variety of shows band together for a grand adventure!
Her adventures continued on the 6 part series “The Adventurer’s Guide to the Multiverse” for Dungeon Scrawlers.
CURRENTLY: Orkira has returned to help the BFGs and finish out the D4 campaign starting on Episode 179!
As the Content Manager for Idle Champions of the Forgotten Realms, and previously for D&D Beyond, Lauren appears on many of those channels livestreams and shows! Check out the CNE Games Twitch, CNE YouTube, and Idle Champions YouTube as well as the D&D Beyond YouTube, for a variety of appearances!

This is a brand new tabletop role playing system designed for kids ages 4-9 to play. The Frozen Tower is a campaign designed for this game system, and Lauren wrote one of the adventure modules!

Gods of Metal: Ragnarock is a unique heavy metal RPG. The OST is 12 epic rock tracks to use during your games. Lauren’s the featured oboe performer on Elevator To Mundania, the track to be used when your players are forced back to the real world.

The Vault of Magic from Kobold Press is a huge collection of magic items for 5e D&D. Lauren contributed the Teapot of Soothing to this collection of magic items from Kobold Press.

This is a collection of NPCs, magic items, size quests, and locations to supplement any game. Lauren contributed an NPC as well as the voice acting for that NPC!

This one shot adventure is available on the DMs Guild, and features fun pie related events and games as well as a battle with a unique legendary monster!
